How Many Pills Do I have to take?
Phentramin-D’s recommended intake would be one capsule with 8 ounce glass of water early in the morning then one capsule again with a full glass of water at noon or early afternoon.
You should not increase your dosage or take Phentramin-D more frequently than what is recommended.
Pregnant or nursing mothers are not advised to take Phentramin-D. Aside from that, children under the age of 18 years old or those who are taking prescription drugs are not recommended to take this weight loss pill. If sleeplessness or nausea happens, intake of this weight loss pill should be discontinued. If you have a known medical condition such as hypertension or high blood pressure, cardiovascular disorders, heart disease, overactive thyroid, and if you are taking antidepressant medications, you should not take this weight loss supplement. For those who are trying to eliminate caffeine in their diet should not take it since it contains caffeine. You should consult your physician if you have any other questions about Phentramin-D usage.

Missed a Dose?
Just skip the missed dose and do not take double dose. You can just resume the usual dose.
